Castrol High Mileage-97 Neon

Hey guys,

Newb here just thought Id check in. I've got a 97 Neon, its my DD winter beater car and I drive it both city and highway. Its got 110K miles on it and I put some 10W30 Castrol High Mileage today. I was wondering how many miles can I stay get by safely before changing the fluid and filter again?

Safe about 5k-6k. Anymore than that I'd wait to see if any other members own or owned one and can chime in.
