Ive been using this oil in a lot of vehicles lately, from what I read on here, great HTHS and German specs.

Would it be of any issue to use this oil in a 2022 Honda Pilot with the 3.5 DI V6, being its API SL?

Engine specs 0W20, but its for my cousin and she sometimes goes over on her oci sometimes, I figured this would be a great oil to use in it.

Any issues regarding LSPI?

Go Mobil1 ESP 0W30. Much better oil.

No. It is SL bcs. API limits phosphorus since API SM in XW30 oils is limited to 800ppm. Most Euro oils are above 800ppm.

How much over the OCI?

No. That is naturally aspirated engine. Most issues with LSPI is in engines 2.0ltr and smaller, and they must be turbo.

It's a good oil, but API has Phos (ZDDP) limits that apply to 20 and 30 grade oils, but not 40 grades.
So M1 0W40 with around 1000 ppm ZDDP can be SN or SP, while Edge 5W30 A3/B4 with the same amount of ZDDP is "only" SL.

Castrol Edge 5W30 A3/B4 is approved as BMW LL-01 and MB 229.5, I will take that over API SP any day of the week.

All Euro A3/B4 oils are long-life oils with a TBN above 10, for extended oil change intervals.

Also ZDDP is a powerful LSPI quencher, it shouldn't be a issue.
