Castrol $30 rebate

I actually got my "2nd" rebate via venmo, but have not gotten my "first" rebate which was via paypal. I used different emails so thus i could tell which is which, but just adding to the list of folks who have only gotten one of two.

I did get a random email from Castrol a couple days ago stating my rebate was being processed. This would be my second rebate.

My concern is when you search the status, the information is the same for all 4 of my rebates, so difficult to tell if or when they will be processed.

I got the same, but on the second rebate. I did not get that recent random/confirmation for the first rebate, only the original confirmation.
Agreed the tracking is a bit weird. Sounds like we are mostly all in the same boat, lets hope for the best, but if not we can hopefully all get them to resolve it together.

I have learned patience is the name of the game with these rebates. Things get sent out in staggered batches sometimes.

I just received my rebate in my Venmo account today. I submitted on December 15th, I think that was a quick turnaround. Already used the regular edge in the wife’s Subaru and will use the high mileage in my Crv this weekend.

I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. Got my $30 rebate is there away to transfer it right to ebay instead of opening up a credit card which i don't want to do. Saw something about transferring it to a bank account don't want to that either unless i have to. Hate to give them my account number.

Purchased 2 jugs of Edge 5W20 about 4 weeks ago which were on clearance at Lowe’s for $19.xx each and submitted for the rebate immediately. Just got notified the $30 hit my Venmo yesterday.

Well I only managed to get 1 of my rebates. I needed to go to Walmart today anyway so I returned the other 6 jugs. It was a great deal if it came to fruition.

On my way home I hit O'Reilly for a High Mileage jug for their $15 rebate and also the new $10 Castrol rebate. Made for a better deal but was only 1 jug.

I submitted twice. I only received one rebate. It’s too late for me to return my two jugs it’s already used lol

Same. Something to keep in mind, apparently walmart uses a re-label barcode and i didnt pay attention, but ended up being OK. I got both rebates from oriley's, theirs plus the castrol one, but i returned two to walmart.

Saw the pennzoil rebate thread, so i think ill give that a shot.

Now the story. I contacted the promotion company to ask about the second rebate. They said the rules/regs stated one per household/email. I explained that I contacted BP/Castrol prior to buying the second one and the rep said one rebate per unique invoice and I could get multiple and I had the printed/screen shot from website. I sent them the pictures, copies of both receipts 1 week apart and it was being sent to review department. They were pleasant to deal with and said they would get back to me. That was less than a week ago.

I may have to try this. How did you contact the promotion company, email? If so, what was the address if you don’t mind sharing.

Nevermind, I got a response. They are sending my other refunds. It was pretty easy, as mentioned by Sequoiasoon.
I simply emailed [email protected] stating that the rules didn’t state anything about a limit to redemptions, just that they had to be one submission per unique invoice. Took about a week to get a response.
