well, i hate to say that i like the way a premium looks pleat spacing wise but nothing super alarming. nice filter overall.

Great filter and great pics as always, thank you for the cut and posts. Gdi soot makes me weary of long intervals even with top grade oil like hpl.

luckily GM even with all of their failures designed a pretty good GDI system. they don’t really even have carbon on intake valves. my 2002 6.0 gasser’s oil comes out looking worse after 5k miles normally. i know color is no indication but thought it was interesting.

Think these are backed media, so pleat spacing being a little wide in places shouldn't matter.
