Carquest #85334, 6,000 miles CUT OPEN

Off of a friends 2014 Hyundai Accent Hatchback with Carquest 5w30 oil. I put a FRAM tough guard 9688 and some Magnatec 5w30 blend

If anyone can decipher FRAM date code; it's much appreciated

Yes. They went from Wix made to Fram made in mid? 2015 till mid 2016 or so, then to Purolator made.
The Wix and Fram made ones were great value filters. I was able to get 1 Wix made Red, 2 Fram made Red and 5 Wix made Blue filters from Rock Auto last year for about $2.25 each shipped.
