Mark, yep, it's around 400ppm, or 0.04%.

Imagine how BITOGERs would react if an iron sample went from 200ppm to 400ppm.

I think the real goal of this whole carbon dioxide worry campaign is the creation of a global version of OPEC, with forced compliance. This would reduce CO2 emissions, make the world's cheap petroleum reserves last longer, and make huge profits for the existing oil companies, since the price would be kept high through rationing.
