It isn't, only the 170 gets these. They make them 2-piece for the 170s so that when they lose control leaving cars & coffee and bust one on the curb they don't have to buy the whole wheel like the CF track pack GT500 guys do.

The Mustang ht350 R had them as an option I think (maybe they were standard over the gt350). A complete in Australia was supplying them to Ford. They were a $25,000 option.

The company in Australia, Carbon Evolution, was/is making them for Ferrari as well.
