I have decided to get a car cover for my Sienna. Stayed overnight in teh mountains and it didn't rain, but just the morning fog and dew fell down from the trees, putting a lot of brown spots on the roof.
Now I don't come up here very often; I'd use this maybe 2-3 weekends a year.
I am seeing a lot of car covers being advertised as "3 layer." Evidently one or more layer is waterproof. I would assume that the single layer I get would also be waterproof. Anyways, the ones on Ebay I'm looking at are $10 more than the single layer car covers.
For those who have used 3 layer covers---are they much better than the single layer covers? Even if they are better, given the fact that I'm not using this every day, just on an occasional weekend trip, makes me wonder if the extra cost is worth it.
