My girlfriend was going to make a payment, but we didn't have web access on vacation, so she called capital one asking when the due date of her card payment was. The rep gave her the total wrong information, she knew her gut feeling was right and made the payment asap anyways.
The rep told her a payment was due two weeks after it actually was due, this would have resulted in a late pay..

I use AMEX, and Citi Business cards, and pay them off in full. AMEX is fantastic for warranty extension and car insurance, Citi points pay for our vacations almost ever year.
