Can't find Manual Trans Magnetic Drain Plug

for my 2003 Sentra 1.8. can anyone tell me where I can find one? I was told my MT will last longer with one.

What is your plug made of? If it's aluminum, epoxy a magnet to it. Get a disc magnet, if you want. If it's steel, coil a wire around it, cross the wire across you battery, and magnetize it.

I kind of think I'd rather buy one if I can find one.

Simply put a magnet on the outside of the plug.
You almost certainly have a permanent one inside the case,anyway.

There's no magnet on the plug itself.

Do you think there's a magnet already inside the trans case?
