As unDummy says, nope. A UOA will not tell you what kind of oil it is, only what's in it to some degree. You'll need something more involved such as an FT-IR run to see if it's MercV. Even at that, you'll need someone failure with not only reading the results of the FT-IR but someone who also knows what a MercV oil should look like.
If you are that worried about it I'd just drain and refill with a known quality product. A lot less expensive than an FT-IR (or GC, etc) test.
