This is the one car that I always wanted to drive.
I guess they didn't learn from their past 'Halo" cars. The 1957-1959 70 Eldorado Brougham, Allante, XLR. All were all halo cars and all were flops. Not sure why posters are even discussing utility and price when this is very clearly a halo car.
Remember the 8-6-4 engine? Now that was a disaster. End of Cadillac for me, as I knew a older man who always wanted a Caddy. Saved his whole life. Paid well over $20K, which was serious $$ then. Dang thing never ran right and GM did not stand behind their product.I guess they didn't learn from their past 'Halo" cars. The 1957-1959 70 Eldorado Brougham, Allante, XLR. Preach it, Trav! If Cadillac ever had a true halo car, it was the CTS-V they just killed. It could challenge the Germans on all fronts in the performance sedan categories, yet had American swagger and no need for AWD or other gimmickry.I guess they didn't learn from their past 'Halo" cars. The 8-6-4 was a real junker, the HT4100 was worse. The last good caddy for me were the 70 Eldorado with its 8.2 ltr and the 76 Eldorado convertible albeit under powered it was a nice style.Remember the 8-6-4 engine? Now that was a disaster. Yeah, maybe the front is ok but the rear brings no emotion, nor evokes a characteristic Cadillac style. The Celes-whatever makes the Cybertruk look good. What were they thinking?

This glorified RC car is hardly a halo; it’s more like a garbage can with an illuminated rim so you can see where to aim your vomit…
