I'll note that you asked several questions in your post, but I think I'm understanding what you're after. I'll pull out these two questions:

The basic answer to both is "no".
There is too much generality in your question to give a full detailed description of the differences between filters. So much depends upon brands, application, etc. I will note that, as a massive generalization, bypass media is often set up for depth loading and is intended to have a very long lifecycle, so the holding capacity is much greater than a typical full flow element.
The problem you're going to run into is that the EaBP filters have a somewhat unique thread pitch. You're not likely to find any full flow filter that will directly mate up with the bypass thread nipple.
The benefit of bypass filtration is generally gleaned from two attributes; slower flow and tighter media. If you wanted to make your own system, you could find a "normal" 3/4-16 mount base, install a restriction orifice, and that would address the flow rate. Then you could use a "better" full flow filter with very high efficiency. But that still isn't going to be as "fine" as a true bypass element.
You are stuck, overall, with paying for proprietary design. That is typical of just about every bypass filter design. Ever look at Amsoil, Gulf Coast, OP1, FS2500, Oil Guard, etc, etc? They all have unique media sizing, mounting, etc that forces you into buying their brand of replacment elements. That market is exclusive, in that they don't want their stuff mixed with other stuff.
The short answer is that I don't believe you're going to find a direct fit, full flow, commonly-availble filter to go on your Amsoil bypass base. And even if you could, it would not filter with the same efficiency.

There was a discussion many years ago here about what thread pitch the EaBP filters had; I cannot recall off the top of my head what it was, but it really does not matter, because what you seek (a full flow filter with Amsoil BP threads) does not exist.
And just for the sake of complete advice, I'll ask this: do you "need" a bypass filter, or do you just "want" one? What is your OCI plan? Are you doing UOA sampling? If so, what is the data telling you? I suspect, like many folks, you got lured into bypass filtration with the typical marketing promise of "better" filtration, and have now learned that it's a fiscal tool that can either save or cost you hundreds of dollars. Bypass filtration is a tool that, when used correctly, can really pay off with good ROI. But it takes a lot of effort to get it there. When one uses bypass as a toy, it gets very expensive very quickly, and ends up costing way more than it saves. And, to boot, the engine is typically no better off with it than without it. One must analyze the proper use in a methodical OCI plan; it cannot successfully be thrown into typical maintenance willy-nilly.
