Be safe whatever you buy. You can buy the most well constructed ladder but that is only part of the story. Where you place those feet for stability is extremely important. I was not paying attention and rode a ladder down to the ground from a garage roof. Wrapped my sprained ankle 5 years until the pain was gone.
