If Vanity > Practicality and there are underhood changes too (lots of suspension stuff probably changes with the new body style) you will have a harder time finding advice online from current owners.
Keep your eye peeled, with the recession going on there may have been a loaded sonata that was ordered six months ago that a dealer may be trying to get rid of. It would be an odd duck in what is still perceived as an economy brand.
When the K-car was introduced it had a ~$5999 MSRP but mopar was making them loaded. People wanted the 6 grand special to seat their six Americans due to the then-current recession. Factory turned around and started making the stripper models.
