I realize this is the humor section. But if that's real she is lucky. If that can when on is side had exploded, she would have been severely burned. It still could have gone off from vapors even while she was beside it , watering the flames.
The BITOG Women's Auxiliary has a bone to pick with whomever titled that clip.

I suspect many men have been injured by the same dumb decision.
Kero or diesel but preferably with some type of cooking oil & newspaper.
I have a good friend that I used to work with that was burned pretty badly by using gasoline to start a fire in some brush.

at least dont dump onto a lit fire from a 5 gallon can.. holy @#$@!!!

I've used it before in a pinch (prefer diesel) but its a soup can full and a thrown match in a fire ring.
Usually I use nothing.. make the teepee formation of sticks and a little cardboard.
I wouldnt have a gas can within 100ft of a fire.
This video reminds me of all the fires started every Thanksgiving Day, when some idiot doesn't know how to safely handle a propane fired deep fry. Always a man. The woman is the one that says afterwards "I told you to not do it that way. But no, you told me to shut up, because you knew what you were doing."
A good friend always sends a picture of him using one in his living room just to get people riled up.
By the way, the propane deep fry comment was meant to be humor. My apologies if you think I was telling on you, for what you did last Thanksgiving. 
I pulled into a gas once and saw a woman smoking while pumping gas. Apparently the pump didn't click off when it was filled up, and a splash of gas burped out of the filler hole onto her sleeve. Her lit cigarette caught it on fire. She panicked and started running around screaming, swinging her burning arm violently to put it out.
Police officers arrived quickly tackled her, put out the fire, and immediately placed her under arrest.
Confused by the arrest, an onlooker asked the officer, "What did she do to get arrested?"
The officer replied, "For waving a fire arm!"

I had a friend years ago that figured mixing gas and diesel fuel would make a good fire starter. It was a cool rainy day, so he poured some of that mixture onto a pile of brush to burn it.
Well apparently the gasoline vapors did their thing and stayed close to the ground. When he lit the match those vapors lifted the entire pile off the ground and burned him badly!
