Ground flax can/will go-off quickly if not refrigerated.
The Bullet is about the best coffee grinder we have used.

I didn't know that about flax. Very interesting... I have my ziploc baggie of it in the cupboard and it seems fine.

As for Nah-Choes... When it comes to food, I'm probably from Texas in a former life 'cos I love food!
