My only objection still concerns the videocard.
I do not believe the 5700LE will satisfactorily last you 2 years - if you like your games to look pretty anyway.
You can look at the VGA charts at Tom's hardware to see where it ranks, it performs nearly identically to a Geforce 5200U.

Hmm. If doing cad, definitely go with the SATA drives nd buses. large autocad and solidworks files are slowed down mostly by either HDD or ram acess times, and from the mobo choice you have it looks like the weak link is the HDD.

Also, definitely go witht he athlon 64 as suggested. 64 bit is the wave o the future, and autodesk is now working on compining its stuff for 64 bit systems.
