After getting home from a 40 mi drive I checked my oil level and there were little bubbles on the dipstick, Its a honda 2.4 engine and i filled it up with 5 quarts of oil, The level is just above the full line on the dipstick. Are these little bubbles normal?

Usually bubbles are from airation. If it is on the full mark, I wouldn't worry. If it's above the full mark drain oil until it is on the full mark.
My opinion: NO NOT NORMAL

Absolutely normal. I've never owned an engine (from American V-8s to small Briggs single cylinders) that didn't have little bubbles in the oil on the dipstick if checked immediately after shutdown. After 5-10 minutes, the bubbles should go away.
