I kind of forgot about how amazing this band is. I went to see them at our local theater (which is small) and liked the experiance so much that I decided to see them again at Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, NY. My mind was blown! The sound, the visuals, and the quality was totally out of this world amazing. The theater was probably the best of the best. Of their songs this year "Yet Another Movie" was my absolute favorite as quite frankly I forgot about it for years, and their effects and version of it is truly unique. Hey You was probably number 2 for me.

Brit Floyd was always awsome, but this years production reached an entirely different level. They must have done some upgrades as their visuals and laser show this year was staggering. Staggering does not even come close to describing it. I can still visualize the effects even as it type this.

I like the sound to be well balanced and if possible, with the most bass. As such I chose whatever balcony seat I could find closest to the center and high up un elevation to capture all of the lasers. The seat I chose paid off.

Nice Venue. I saw them here in Portland at the Merill Auditorium which is roughly the same layout. They shot lasers at the divider below the upper balcony and had smoke machines so you could really see 'em.

They "missed" the vocals on "One of these Days" and by vocals I mean the lip sync, LOL.

Opened with "Astronomy Dominie" which is a fun song you don't hear on the radio. Also had a chick do "Great Gig in the Sky" pretty well, and that's a performance that's never the same twice.

They get the audio mix right for old geezers like me so you can hear the vocals over the instruments, and it's enjoyably loud without tinnitus the next day. They play it straight, like a cover band should.

May have to see them again.

Ive never witness them lip sync but im sure they will all do it on an off day, say a cold or a vocal problem.
