Fixed. I tried a heavy dose of techron in the gas, but it didn't do anything. So about an hour ago I pulled off the float bowl, and it had a bit of junk floating in it. I dumped it, cleaned it, cleaned out the jet pickup, put a bit of techron in th ebottom, stuck it back on.... Fired right up and kept running. Guess at some point I'll need to pick up a fuel filter for it then.
briggs 675 only runs with choke on

I decided to try this first, since it would take at least 2 weeks to get it back from the Sears Service center (which is in Boston, MA)
