Pete, you're a carbohydrate addict!

Funny how almost everyone here is claiming to eat nothing but very, very healthy foods in stark moderation for breakfast. Sprintman, Shannow, and Mori I can believe based on their past food posts. The rest of you, I ain't so sure...

You say you're eating whole-grain this and organic fruit that, but you Americans know you're actually eating all-American loads of bacon, fried eggs, sausage, French toast, etc., preferably cooked in nitrated lard with salt, MSG, Red Dye No. 2, PCBs, and dioxin added. And before slaughtering, the morbidly obese piggies used to make said stuff were yelled at to lower their self-esteem and make them feel that they deserved their fate. Come on, be honest, guys.

i dont eat anything durning the week for breakfast, my day starts at 3:30 in the morning and im not really hungry but when 9:00 rolls around im usually pretty hungry. when i first wake up all i have is a strong cup o' Jo - 3 big heaping tablespoons of instant folger usually gets me going. on the weekends i like to eat breakfast, and my favorate is 3 eggs with spam/potugese sausage and rice. thats the local breakfast in hawaii and its awesome.

On weekdays I have fruit and coffee with an occasional peanut butter and jelly sandwich. On Saturday, I go to the bakery near my house and get a scrambled egg on a biscuit with sausage, bacon, ham and american cheese. I get it home and put a little mustard on it. My family watches in horror as my eyes roll back while I enjoy it a little too much.

Haven't had a genuine mcmuffin in forever.

I WILL confess that last weekend I made my own with high fibre muffins, bacon and free range eggs (runny centre), with fried tomato and BBQ sauce.
