Brake rotor life

For the evo, rotors and pads ~30-50k miles. For the focus, never; still had the factory rotors on them with 1 pad change after I got rid of that at 230K miles. However with all the rust that built up around the hub/rotor surface mating area that made it nearly impossible to take off I think I will be changing them every pad change again with the mazda.

If they're in good shape, no issues braking, and mic up I use them again. No point in wasting money on parts that don't need to be replaced. Brakes and rotors are easy enough to check and service.
