The way you try to rationalize it is scary. Your chemistry with your spouse is par course, you just forgot. Don't sweat it, Jeeps are tough little trucks and are able to take a blow like this. If you are paranoid, you would change your oil but your oil and filter probably picked up a lot of debris like dirt and dust. Oil is tough enough to take a little beating and you are not doing an extremely long OCI for your additive packs to have been exponentially depleted. The oil viscosity is still there. What's to worry. Change you filter and might as well do the oil too at that point and forget about it.
