According to the Wall St. Journal recently, 45,000,000 people in the USA are on food assistance programs.
[This does not count charity]

Yet in our National Parks, signs abound that say:
"Do not feed the animals. They will not learn to provide for themselves.".

When they can provide their own health care?

When they are on SSD and they have the same restrictions we humans do?
