Bosses of the year ?

Both franchises, Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos, will pay for all employees to attend Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, CA.

They will pay for all expenses, including transportation costs and hotel accommodations plus ticket. The only thing that employees are not covered is food and drink.

Aren't these two football team owners Boss(es) of the Year ?

I don't get it. Working for the team that made it to the Super Bowl and are attending it. What's the big deal?

I would have thought the whole team and various employees would go and travel for free... I mean it is their JOB

Team staff is huge. If they include office staff (legal, advertising, promotions, secretaries, HR, finance etc). There are a lot of employees of the these teams you would never even think about. Your probably looking at several hundred people not including the players, coaches, trainers and other regular staff that travels to games.
