Bosch

I can get a good deal on bosch oil filters for my car. Normally I love mc filters, but don't mind straying if the price is right. Aren't they like m1/kn filters. what say ye?

Bosch air and oil, spin-on and cartridge, are good filters, I have Bosch spin-on filter on LS400 and Bosch cartridge filter on E430.

Bosch Oil Filter = Pureo;ator PureOne....same filter and made by Pureolator (owned by Bosch).

Both great filters....

Unless you are talking about the Bosch Distance Plus filters. Those are supposedly like the M1 or KN filters.

hardcore, if you can get a better deal than $3.78 (the price of an FL820S at Wally's) for a Bosch filter, then go for it.

Both standard Bosch, and the Bosch Distanceplus are excellent filters.

I'm gonna be replacing my AC Delco with Bosch since AC Delco has gone to E-core.

There's an S6 I'm looking at. My parts supplier has the German Bosch fleece filters for about $5. Gotta like that.

True that, but one (BDP) costs ~2x the other. Here's a thread with pics comparing the BDP to a P1 (Bosch Prem. equivalent). Eyeballing the media, difficult to see much difference.
