I definitely agree with the others here. Wait for the Denso for your Scion. I put Bosch on where they were original equipment but otherwise I don't use them.
Since you're going to have to wait a day or so for the Denso I'd go to Rockauto and save 50% or thereabouts over a local box store.
I once owned a WRX I once modded. I put a new Bosch universal O2 sensor on a larger downpipe I installed. The Bosch sensor didn't last 10K miles. I replaced it with an NTK O2 sensor purchased off Amazon which was on the car when I sold it. 66K+ on the NTK.
When it comes to Bosch for OEM it is good, but I have not seen a good track record of Bosch O2 Sensors for the aftermarket. Although they do seem to be stepping up in quality.
I always recommend going OEM when possible so go with Denso, as long as it is not an A/F sensor it will not do any harm waiting.
