OK, now we talking :)

- Find device that can clear those codes. Does it make any issue on speedometer? Is speedometer working properly? If everything is working properly, clear that code somehow and see if it is going to comeback.

If it comes back:
1. Check under the hood whether there are leafs. Check under the hood on the left side cover where DSC module is whether you have any water present or water residues. If not, good.
2. After that, pay attention whether you hear bad bearing noise coming from that side. If you do, bad bearing will throw that code in BMW.
3. If all this checks out OK, and code is back after clearing, and no water and bearing is OK, you mostly likely have failed ABS sensor on that wheel. It is inexpensive part, and you can get ATE one for some $40-50. Changing it is no sweat too.
Find good Indy shop that does Euro cars, not BMW dealership and take it there if code comes back after clearing.
Reason why you should delete code is that low voltage might caused it.
If you do not have access to device that can do that, again good Indy Euro shop.
