Thanks. It appears this latest recall only affects the 3-series.
Takata had a big problem for a lot of years. We haven't seen the end of the recalls.
I used to work for a competitor and am glad to be out of the business. The car companies drove the price per inflator down to less than the cost of a pizza. Not a great idea for a federally-mandated pipe bomb a foot from your head. Side inflators were two per pizza. Wear your seatbelt and drive carefully.
