Blue Mobil bottles with green caps?

Maybe it's really late at night and I'm losing my mind but I just saw this on CG and he says they are 10w30.
What the? Where the? come from?

The picture doesn't have enough detail but they remind me of the Mobil Drive Clean I used when I first bought my Grand Prix new back in 2001.

We have some in the trunk of our 2003 Accord so it was around then anyway. I wasn't aware they stopped making it.
