Ive travelled on six long flights in the last week. On three of these, Ive had to sit next to HUGE women.
Their blubber spilled over the armrests, onto my sides. Their arms pressed over the rests too, causing me to squeeze myself (and Im a relatively muscular 6ft4 guy, so I need space, but I fit in my seat) into a small lump to keep from being engulfed.
I'm not anti-fat people, theyre no less of people, and every bit as valuable, etc. as anyone else... but airlines sure need to do something about it.
You can fit a round peg into a square hole, but the diameter of the round peg should be less than the dimensions of the square hole... to prevent nasty spillover.
Nothing worse than having to deal with this for 5 hours on a full flight.
ugh.
