That looks much cleaner Mike, nice! What did you use to remove the double sided tape residue?
I use one of these in a cordless drill set on low speed, it removes the reside in a few seconds clean as a whistle.

Goof off and a rag. Took 10 minutes tops.

I was just wondering because the car I was doing has a lot of plastic cladding under the emblems that are held on with double sided tape so I was afraid of getting some down there by accident and loosening it.

I used dental floss to cut if off. Then I sprayed the goof off gel on what was left and just rubbed lightly with a terry cloth rag, came right off.

I will have to try the floss, I have used nylon fishing line before but the floss may be better at cutting through the tape. Thanks.
