Black wheels: which color lugs?

ok, another useless post by me for ya`ll opinion, Ive run many combos of this and that, but it was also tied to other trim pieces, or simply a different look.
vehicle is DARK gray, wheels are black, went with the stealthy look. So stick with a black lug, or go Chrome? Nickel lugs were not offered.

Your ride your choice. If you have them I'd put black lugs on one side, chrome on the other and go with your gut reaction which you like better. Take a walk on the wild side and leave them like that and see if anyone notices.

The black wheels with the black trim match nicely.

yep have both, but Im considering going to the McGuard line up where the base rotates to not score the inset. My numerous sets of Gorrilla lugs, sorta tear up the conical seat. primarily the McGuards are better at equal torque distribution.

the chrome/Nickle lugs looked good wheel I had a wheel with a polished lip.

One of the times I went to Sonoma I picked some up and found out they were illegal to the rule book. Teams were having them made with only 2 threads cut in them so they would spend less time tightening them. A friend of mine is one of the lead announcers for one of the NASCAR radio broadcasters and he thought it was hilarious when I showed him.

Black lugs for sure but get good ones that don’t end up with the black paint chipping off after you put a socket on them a few times
I have black wheels on my Corvette and eventually want to swap the chrome lug nuts for black ones

McGuard I believe is good, The Gorilla lugs not so much, paint/rust after a few months.
