Recently my Prelude has developed a somewhat significant power steering leak. The really odd thing is that it seems to only leak when the car is parked and turned off. I usually go through a pint every couple weeks, which for me is less than 100 miles of driving. Yesterday I drove over 150 miles back home and didn't lose any at all. Today I had someone turn the steering back and forth with the engine running for a while and none leaked at all. Not too long after turning the engine off there were quite a few drops. Wiped that, and went and checked 30 min later, and again there were two or three drops on the ground.

Rack is dry at the ends. Leak on the ground is between the pump and rack. Drops run down and fall off the subframe. Resevoir is well forward of this so it's got to be a line, hose or fitting.

It's a nightmare to find the leak since it's really tight in there and the feed and return lines run over each other. Can I rule out the high pressure feed line considering it doesn't leak when the pump is running? What in a PS system would only leak when the engine is off?

There are a few bottles of UV dye in the tool cabinet I've never used that might have to get taken out for this one.
