You know, a combination of manual sludge cleaning, piston soak, engine flush, oil additives and fuel additives. Not literally though.
I got "old-new" Epson CX4800 printer for next to nothing to complement my older CX3810 for which I perfected the ink refilling method. It didn't print at all from old age though. Quick googling show this generation of epson printers suffer from sludge, I mean clogs, in printing head and waste ink tubes.
I hit it with: cleaning solution flush via syringe, cleaning solution in all cartridges, and manual print head via shoe-shinning method. I still need to flush the waste ink tubes when I find some access. The engine compartment, I mean print head cap compartment, is very tight in modern models.
The printer works fine!
After all, wasn't AutoRX developed first for printers? I'm now tempted to add my printer cleaning solution 1:500 to the ink.
