I do like them using a billionaire as a guineau pig to test new technology, and making him pay for the trip to boot.
Will flying that high use up the fuel that is normally reserved to land the rocket for re-use? I think they said that certain missions could go higher or lift more weight at the cost of having the first stage be destroyed because it could only crash land.
