One of the nice things about living in Hawaii is that the climate is pretty easy on our motor oil. And Chevron is readily available here and is relatively cheap considering its high quality--$1.70 per quart at COSTCO or even cheaper on sale at Checker from time to time. So running Chevron Supreme in your shorter OCI vehicles might be just the ticket. I have it in my 06 Nissan Frontier which requires a 6-month OCI for warranty purposes. I put less that 3000 miles on the oil during that time, so it doesn't make sense to use a synthetic. I take it off road occasonally and pull a light trailer occasionally but nothing too strenuous. Since none of your vehicles appears to be turbo or supercharged, and since it doesn't get really hot or cold here, it looks like only the longer OCI is a major factor in your oil choice. If you're pushing out to 10,000 miles, synthetic is a wise choice, and any of the three brands you mentioned ought to be fine. Get an oil analysis done just to make sure. The choices get a little more difficult in selecting an oil to take you out to, say, 7500 miles, and the type of driving you do will be an important factor. You might find that a conventional oil will do the job, but I am kind of conservative and would probably use a synthetic much beyond 5000, especially if you get stuck in Honolulu traffic. (Don't know which island you're on). About the Supertech: I've read good things about it here on BITOG, and I suppose it would work fine; but I prefer name brands. You can watch the sales and pick up big-name synthetics cheap; e.g., I scored some Valvoline SynPower for 99 cents a quart recently.
