Seeing your location brings up another point though....it would not be the thing to use if the car has sand on it. Sand means much rinsing with pressure prior to washing to avoid marring the paint.
Yes, it designed to keep the paint looking tip-top between waxing. It IS NOT designed to put directly onto dirty paint. The painted surface must have just been washed. Or if you have a garage queen, it can be used more often.
I like to use them right after I wash/dry the vehicles. And I prefer to do this after each washing/drying as my main sourse(but not the only sourse) of protection on the paint.
