Ozium New Car Smell Major Issue - Rancid

A bowl of pickling vinegar left inside for a couple hot days windows rolled up. It smells like a deli for a day or two but cuts a lot of nasty smells.

I was going to start a new thread but realized I can follow up on my smell issue.

First the Beetle follow-up: This weekend I pulled it out of the garage, opened all of the windows and the back and let it air out. I also cleaned all of the interior surfaces. Upholstery cleaner on all of the cloth surfaces and detailer on hard surfaces. The smells are nearly gone and the interior looks great! Case closed on that.

While in a detailing mood, I cleaned my truck as well. this circles back to the original poster. I normally like the strong chemical "clean" scent of original Ozium. So I bought a large can and sprayed the interior of my truck. It smells awful now. Its as if they added curry to the new car smell scent. Rancid is a great way to describe the smell. I'm ditching this can of spray. Maybe its a bad batch.

I'd have to burn it down.
