Best product to remove 3M tape....

I was wondering, what is the best product to use to SAFELY remove 3M tape off of a paint finish. Specificlly, to take off stick on rain guards.

Duh, Feel pretty dumb i didnt know that they made that product.

Actually, i gave the rain guards a hard tug and they poped right off, now i just have to clean the paint where the adhesive was, cause its a bit smudged.

If you can find it, Acrysol by Kent products works well also. Body shop supply stores tend to carry it more than anyone else.
