best oil for high temps

I was mildly concerned at my NSX running in the 260F-270F range. But I recently had the chance to spend a day driving McLaren 570S; one thing I noticed was that it ran about 270F as well. It's not like they couldn't cool it down if they felt like it needed it.

Looking at additive packages would send me right to Mobil 1 High Mileage 10w40.
They make a 10w30 as well as a 5w30, if that viscosity is not appropriate.
Those numbers are pretty impressive.
Just a thought.
