I got sprayed while draining due to strong wind gust. Don't want to trash good clothes.

My daughter hates them and makes fun of me but there is a reason I wear the beatup shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants that have some stains on them. They get washed after use, sometimes pretreated as described with purple power, simple green or others. They also get washed separate from other clothes. If the stains are not all out I won't lose any sleep.

Espro sports cleaner in the orange bottle at Walmart. I got curry stains out of my dads shirt. Second option is oil eater natural cleaner that isn't caustic. I've also seen people use oxi clean and make a paste out of it. Then use a toothbrush to agitate and lift the stain. I'd be weary of stuff like purple power as that stuff burns skin, not sure what it'll do to clothing.

For spot treats we used to use Lestoil then add water, scrub, add water scrub.

Definitely removes oil but not anything I would want to use on the whole shirt because of the labor involved to remove the stains

Pretreatment with Tide. Low water overdosed with Tide - use the rinse cycle only with the soap until the smell is gone …
Then rinse cycle only.

I use this weird reddish pink chinese soap made for uh getting stains out of sensitive undergarments its called Bee & Flower.
Get the spot wet and rub the soap in and let it sit for 10 minutes and you can rinse and dry or throw in the washer. If it can get blood out it can get grease out.

Blood is protein based vs. oil which is lipids. Dawn dishsoap on the spot for a while to lift, then wash as normal.

Try treating with a plain cooking oil like canola or sunflower. Oil dissolves oil, but the cooking oil is easier to wash out. Then a regular clothes detergent.
