Use your liquid laundry detergent to pre treat. I have sprayed purple power on oil splashed jeans before and it worked.
My daughter hates them and makes fun of me but there is a reason I wear the beatup shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants that have some stains on them. They get washed after use, sometimes pretreated as described with purple power, simple green or others. They also get washed separate from other clothes. If the stains are not all out I won't lose any sleep.
Tide used to make a special detergent for it called Heavy Duty or something

Espro sports cleaner in the orange bottle at Walmart. I got curry stains out of my dads shirt. Second option is oil eater natural cleaner that isn't caustic. I've also seen people use oxi clean and make a paste out of it. Then use a toothbrush to agitate and lift the stain. I'd be weary of stuff like purple power as that stuff burns skin, not sure what it'll do to clothing.
For spot treats we used to use Lestoil then add water, scrub, add water scrub.
Definitely removes oil but not anything I would want to use on the whole shirt because of the labor involved to remove the stains

Pretreatment with Tide. Low water overdosed with Tide - use the rinse cycle only with the soap until the smell is gone …

Dawn dish soap and let it soak for a few days, then wash with soap and Oxyclean.
dawn dish soap. rub it in with you finger in the spots let it sit for a day then add some more rub that in let it sit for another little bit then wash
I use this weird reddish pink chinese soap made for uh getting stains out of sensitive undergarments its called Bee & Flower.

Try treating with a plain cooking oil like canola or sunflower. Oil dissolves oil, but the cooking oil is easier to wash out. Then a regular clothes detergent.
