Speaking of the Park Avenue here, it has silver paint and its not in the best shape. There is no peeling or splotches, but its a bit hazy all over and streaky looking. I want to use what product I have at home, dont want to spend any money. I figured I could wash it with Dawn, then scrub down with Zaino AOI / Zaino swirl remove, then top with Nu Finish. The interior is in good shape so Ill dress it with Meguiars Natural Shine and condition the leather seats. Are there any other products besides what I mentioned for the exterior that are cheap and would at least help it look better? Its not terrible looking but it has its flaws for sure, just over all pretty dull looking.

Try some Meguiars White Wax from Walmart - my understanding is that it is a fairly potent AIO type product if applied using the right method.
Meguars ultimate compound worked well for me. However unless you have a great buffer I wouldn't suggest it. Cheaper ones don't do to well and will leave you with a headace.
I would suggest a good brand of wax tho. I don't see to many older Buicks with good paint so I try and wax mine every season.
If you can I would recommend a good dual action buffer. You can find them on the cheap end from $75-$300 and higher. One of theses and a bottle or two of rubbing compound can makes a huge difference and remove the haze from the paint.

I might give that a try. I like the idea of a one step. I have some Zaino AIO but it does not provide a whole lot of shine like a carnauba does.
