Major brand. If it calls for DOT3, use DOT3. If it calls for DOT4, use DOT4.

Anyway, we all split hairs here......looking at the Blue from ATE at the moment. I like the idea of being able to see the color change so I know it is good fluid.
What's the best brake fluid that I can buy over-the-counter? The product has to be available at AutoZone, Kragens or Pep Boys, as that's all that I have nearby. The system requires DOT3, FWIW.

I know. For the longest time, I was set on using DOT4 or DOT4 LV for everything, but I am starting to notice that I get a different brake pedal feel with DOT4 in DOT3 applications.
