Do you think they honestly do any research on what they spec? They spec it to whoever gives them the best deal on factory fills as long as its a somewhat large refinery. Sometimes they even PAY to get there oil in the cars.
Yep, how many miles did they test the Ecoboost V6 in the F150 running MC 5w-30 semi-syn before release to public?
How many people here are running UOA's on their vehicles thru life of vehicle vs how many with different opinions and don't do UOA's? UOA's are ONLY way of knowing what an oil is doing in your specific vehicle. Everything else is speculation!
