I'm looking for something similar to the following tool:

http://www.amazon.com/Milwaukee-2457-21-...ht+angle+impact

And that particular one may be the best one on the market right now, but I've seen that ACDelco makes one (which I assume is a private labeling thing) and of course Ingersoll Rand makes one that is overkill for my needs.

Seems like this would be a nice tool to have for working in areas where a traditional ratchet would have limited movement and for bolts that are very long and are time consuming to fasten. I don't have the right setup for air tools, so Lithium Ion cordless would be the next best thing for weight and power.

The Milwaukee M12 3/8" cordless ratchet is a good tool for all the reasons you mention ... but it is NOT an impact tool. It doesn't offer the breaking torque or the speed of an impact wrench. I use it as a regular ratchet to first hand loosen fasteners and then use the electrics to remove them.

Oh yeah I would definitely not rely on this type of tool for breaking stuck fasteners. It's mostly for cases where you have maybe only 90 degrees of ratchet movement and a really long bolt, but you can't thread it in by hand.

It's not impact. I've seen right angle impacts but none come to mind right now.

Is there another way to get your job done cheaper and easier? I can't imagine that the right angle would pack the same punch.

Is there a reason you can't use a breaker bar and cheater, and do some hammering if needed?
