BB Code options are not available

I recently noticed that the text options (bold, smilies, etc) are grayed out and no longer available, when I am composing a post. I have not found a way to turn these back on...please advise.

Weird it works for me.

What platform / operating system / browser?

Android with Opera browser. All of the options were available until last week. I presume some setting is preventing this but I have not been able to find it. Here is a screenshot as I was writing this response.

Click on the three ellipses to the right and Toggle BB Code

That worked! Thanks for the suggestion. I had no idea what was going on...

I thought BB was a 427 Chevy or one of its variants...
