I'm looking into getting a 12 volt trickle or similar charger. Anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

For a trickle charger, the BatteryMinder is very good in my experience to keep a batttery that sees little use in good shape. If you need a simple charger, the ones at WM are lightweight, effective an not too expensive. I have heard the Deltran are good but they cost more. The ones that have a 3 step mode will treat your battery best.

Well....they were until they went Chinese. I've had two Battery Tender Plus's go bad in the last year, one of them actually starting a small fire. They were promptly replaced by Deltran, that is if you consider replacing them at a $15 fee fair.

I have four more BT's than I've had in excess of 15 years. Excellent service and apparently USA made.

X2. They do the trick and never overcharged a battery.
